Do you ship outside the UK and USA?
We currently ship to the UK, USA, Poland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium, Portugal, Denmark, Austria, bosnia y herzegovina, Switzerland, Norway, and Ireland. Please check our Shipping Policy for any updates on international shipping.
Can I change my order after it's been placed?

I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?

Is it possible to cancel my order?

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products. Refunds will only be issued for defective items, lost orders, or unauthorized transactions. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
How can i ensure i select the right size?
We provide a detailed size chart for each product. Please review it thoroughly before placing your order. Due to the custom-made nature of our items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes.
What should i do if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed, please check your tracking information. If you have concerns, contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Why my payement be held?
Stripe may hold funds from the merchant's end for up to 14 days to verify transactions and protect against potential chargebacks.
This process is standard and ensures that we can provide quality service and address any disputes.
Customers are charged at the time of purchase, and funds are released to us after this verification period.
How do i track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this to monitor your shipment's progress.
What are the expected delivery times?
Please allow 7 to 14 days for payment processing due to Stripe's hold, followed by 3 to 5 days for production by Printful, and an additional 5 days for shipping.
Total delivery time may range from 15 to 24 days.
